2. GENERAL RULES
3. PARADE SCRIPT

Deadline: November 21, 2025.

Entrants may submit forms online or by mail.
Please submit your Entry Fee Payment with your Entry Form (online or by mail).
PayPal provides secure processing of your online Entry Fee payment. No PayPal account is required.
Your Entry is not completed until all 3 Forms are received.
Entries with vehicles must submit Proof of Insurance to participate.
