To enter online, submit the Entry Form with secure payment (no PayPal account required).
After you submit your Entry and Payment, complete and submit the 3 Required Forms below. Your Entry is not completed until all Forms are received.*
All entries with vehicles must submit Proof of Insurance to participate.
All forms must be submitted by November 17, 2023.

*Each participant must submit a Hold Harmless Agreement, or provide the printed and signed PDF at the Check In Booth on the day of the parade
